  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small red chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 whole grain burger buns
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • Sliced cucumber and tomato for topping

  2. Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or additional lime wedges.
