Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Ground beef - 200 grams
  • Lemongrass stalks (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime (cut into wedges) - 1
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, finely chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, red chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Brush one side of the pizza dough with olive oil and place it on the grill, oiled side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is slightly charred.
  5. Flip the pizza dough, and quickly spread the marinated beef evenly over the grilled side. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Close the grill lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the beef is cooked through.
  7. Remove the pizza from the grill, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and let it cool for a minute.
  8. Slice the pizza and serve with lime wedges on the side.
