  • Green curry paste - 2 tablespoons

  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced bell peppers, zucchini, sliced carrot, and broccoli florets.
