- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Burger buns - 2
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 1/4, thinly sliced
- Coconut yogurt - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 2
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, green curry paste, chopped cilantro, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 2 equal patties, ensuring they are compact.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 75°C).
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly in the skillet or in a toaster.
- Spread a layer of coconut yogurt on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a lettuce leaf on each bun, followed by the cooked turkey burger, slices of cucumber, and red onion.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
