  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 150 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Green bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Red onion, thinly sliced - 30 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Lime, juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  4. Spread the green curry paste evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
