  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Green curry paste - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell pepper (sliced) - 1 medium
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 small
  • Red onion (sliced) - 1 small
  • Spinach leaves - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and green curry paste until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the coconut curry mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  6. Top with sliced bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion.
  7. Sprinkle the spinach leaves over the top, followed by fresh basil.
