Ingredients

  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and julienned ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
