  • Fresh mint - 30 grams, chopped
  • Thai basil - 30 grams, chopped
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 6 large leaves
  • Peanuts (unsalted, crushed) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. In a pan, heat the coconut oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  3. Stir in the fish sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro, mint, and Thai basil.
  5. Prepare the lettuce leaves by washing and drying them. Use them as wraps for the shrimp mixture.
  6. Serve the shrimp wraps with crushed peanuts sprinkled on top for added crunch.
