- Fresh chili (sliced) - 1 small
- Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Mint leaves (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar (palm or brown) - 1 teaspoon
- Cucumber (sliced) - 100 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large leaves
Steps
- In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, sliced chili, and sugar. Mix well to create the dressing.
- Add the shrimp to the bowl and marinate for about 10 minutes.
- While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the cucumber and lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the marinated shrimp for about 5-7 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Once cooked, remove the shrimp from heat and toss them with chopped coriander and mint leaves.
