Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped coriander roots, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, black pepper, and chili flakes to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or BBQ to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and lightly brush with vegetable oil.
