- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped cilantro, soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, black pepper, and chopped kaffir lime leaves.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.
