- Coconut milk - 50 ml (for sauce)

- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (for sauce)
- Salt - to taste
- Skewers - 4 (if wooden, soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, turmeric, curry powder, minced garlic, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken strips, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, prepare the peanut sauce by combining peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, chili flakes, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth and warm, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken strips onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the chicken skewers for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- Serve the grilled chicken skewers hot with the peanut sauce on the side.
