- Red chili - 1, sliced (adjust to taste)
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - a handful, for garnish
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
- Increase the heat to high and add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
