  • Onion - 1 medium, sliced
  • Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao) - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 20 grams
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the Thai chili paste, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, stirring well to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
