- Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao) - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves - 20 grams
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot. Cook for another 5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
