  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Cashew nuts, roasted - 50 grams
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 1 medium
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Ginger, minced - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Cilantro, chopped - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat, then add minced garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Mix in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add the sliced red bell pepper and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the roasted cashew nuts and chopped green onions and remove from heat.
  6. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
