  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Shallots - 2, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cilantro - a handful, chopped

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, stir-frying for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
