Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and bird's eye chili, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high and add the ground pork, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce is well combined and the pork is fully cooked.
