  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, sliced
  • Green beans - 100 grams, trimmed

Steps

  1. In a medium pot, heat the coconut milk over medium heat until it begins to simmer.

  4. Add the sliced red bell pepper, zucchini, and green beans to the pot, cooking for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.
