  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk and red curry paste until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, fish sauce, and lime juice to the bowl, stirring to coat the chicken in the curry mixture.
  4. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
