  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the green curry paste with the coconut milk until smooth to create the sauce.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface until it's about 10 inches in diameter.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the green curry sauce evenly over the pizza base.
