Ingredients
- Eggs - 4 large
- Fresh Thai basil leaves - 30 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)

Steps
- Heat the coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
- Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the skillet, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Sprinkle the soy sauce over the eggs and add the fresh Thai basil leaves on top.
- Cover the skillet with a lid and let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to wilt the basil and finish cooking the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
