Ingredients

  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Thai basil - 1 cup, fresh
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Using a spiralizer, turn the zucchinis into zoodles and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
