- Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chili paste - 1 teaspoon
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Drain the tofu and press it between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Season with salt and black pepper, frying until golden and crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, and chili paste until smooth to create the sauce.
- Spread the peanut sauce evenly over the pizza base.
- Top the pizza with the crispy tofu, sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
