Ingredients

  • Firm tofu - 300 grams
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons

  • Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons (for frying)
  • Burger buns - 2
  • Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Peanut butter - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (for sauce) - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice (for sauce) - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey (or agave syrup) - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2 equal-sized patties.
