- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Water - 250 ml
- Sugar - 30 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- Rinse the tapioca pearls under cold water to remove excess starch, then set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the water and tapioca pearls, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the tapioca pearls become translucent.
