Steps
- Preheat the grill or a frying pan over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the white fish fillets, grated coconut, cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into two burger patties.
