  • Red onion (sliced) - 1 small
  • Zucchini (sliced) - 1 small
  • Fresh basil leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and red curry paste over medium heat, stirring until well mixed. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Spread the coconut curry sauce evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  5. Top the pizza with sliced bell pepper, red onion, and zucchini.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and chili flakes if using.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
