- Coconut cream - 100 ml
- Agar-agar powder - 1 teaspoon
- Honey or maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh mango slices - for garnish
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine 300 ml of coconut milk and 100 ml of coconut cream over medium heat.
- Add the honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Sprinkle the agar-agar powder evenly over the coconut mixture and whisk to dissolve completely.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, continuously stirring for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into two serving bowls or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to set.
- Once set, serve chilled and garnish with fresh mango slices.
