  • Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Cilantro, chopped - 20 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush the mixture over the pizza dough.
  5. Spread the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot evenly over the dough.
