- Honey - 1 teaspoon

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Whole wheat burger buns - 2
- Lettuce leaves - 2
- Sliced tomato - 1 medium
- Sliced cucumber - 1 small
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken or turkey, chopped cilantro, mint, minced garlic, chopped red chili, lime zest, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined, then form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
