  • Oyster sauce (vegan) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted

Steps

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili to the skillet, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
