  • Coconut milk - 50 ml
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Red bell pepper, sliced - 50 grams
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
