Steps
- Peel the ripe bananas and mash them in a bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.
- Add the mashed bananas, coconut milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined and a thick batter forms.
