  • Wheat noodles - 200 grams

  • Vegetable broth - 500 ml
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Shallots, sliced - 1 medium
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Baby bok choy, halved - 100 grams
  • Bean sprouts - 50 grams
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime wedges - for serving
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the wheat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pot, heat the cooking oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and sliced shallots until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.

  5. Add the julienned carrot and baby bok choy, cooking for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts to the broth, stirring gently to combine and heat through.
