Ingredients

  • Ground chicken - 300 grams

  • Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons

  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green onion - 2, finely chopped
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, coconut flour, minced garlic, grated ginger, chopped cilantro, green onion, fish sauce, lime juice, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil.
