  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
