Ingredients

  • Thai red curry paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, soy sauce, Thai red curry paste, maple syrup, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
