- Taro - 200 grams, peeled and cubed
- Coconut milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 50 grams
- Cornstarch - 20 grams
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2 large
- Water - 200 ml
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Steam the cubed taro for about 15-20 minutes until tender, then let it cool slightly.
- In a blender, combine the steamed taro, coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt, vanilla extract, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
- Add water to the mixture and blend again until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
