Ingredients

  • shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
  • almond flour - 50 grams
  • coconut flour - 20 grams
  • green onions, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • red chili, minced - 1 small
  • garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • egg - 1 large
  • fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • cooking spray or oil - for greasing

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, almond flour, coconut flour, green onions, cilantro, red chili, garlic, egg, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
