- shrimp, peeled and deveined - 200 grams
- almond flour - 50 grams
- coconut flour - 20 grams
- green onions, finely chopped - 2 tablespoons
- cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- red chili, minced - 1 small

- egg - 1 large
- fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.
