  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Spinach - 100 grams, fresh
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onions - 2 tablespoons, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
