- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (adjust to taste)
Steps
- Begin by pan-frying the cubed tofu in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, diced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and fresh mint leaves.
