Ingredients

  • Fresh oranges - 4 large (about 800g)
  • Lemon - 1 medium (about 100g)
  • Sugar - 1 tablespoon (15g) (optional)
  • Mint leaves - a handful for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly under running water.
  2. Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or a manual juicer to extract the juice into a bowl.
  3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the orange juice, removing any seeds.
  4. If desired, add sugar to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Transfer the juice to two glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Zumo de Naranja.
