- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (15g) (optional)

Steps
- Wash the oranges and lemon thoroughly under running water.
- Cut the oranges in half and juice them using a citrus juicer or a manual juicer to extract the juice into a bowl.
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the orange juice, removing any seeds.
- If desired, add sugar to taste, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Transfer the juice to two glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves if using.
