Steps
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Wash the zucchini and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Add the zucchini rounds to the bowl and toss them until well coated with the marinade.
