Ingredients

Steps

  1. Toast the gluten-free bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the bread is toasting, prepare the tomato by cutting it in half and setting it aside.
  3. Once the bread is toasted, rub the cut side of the garlic clove on one side of each slice to impart flavor.
  4. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil over each slice of toasted bread.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt according to your taste.
