Tortitas de Coliflor are deliciously crispy cauliflower patties that make for a satisfying low-carb snack. Perfectly seasoned and easy to prepare, they are a delightful treat for any occasion.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Almond flour - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons (for frying)
Steps
- Preheat your frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, drain the cauliflower and let it cool slightly, then mash it in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add the egg, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the mashed cauliflower. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties, about 5 cm in diameter.
- In the preheated pan, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, transfer the patties to a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess oil.
- Serve warm, optionally with a dipping sauce of your choice.
