  • cherry tomatoes - 150 grams, halved
  • fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spinach tortellini according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to soften.
