  • Buns (kosher) - 2 large
  • Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced red bell pepper and onion, cooking until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Remove the vegetable mixture from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the kosher chorizo sausage, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
