- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together the chickpea flour, water, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until you have a smooth batter.
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces and fold them into the batter along with the chopped parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Spoon small amounts of the shrimp batter into the hot oil, forming fritters about 5 cm in diameter.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove the fritters from the pan and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
