Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together the olive oil and plant-based milk until well combined.
- Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Fold in the chopped black and green olives, along with the fresh parsley, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
