- Condensed milk - 60 ml
- Evaporated milk - 60 ml
- Heavy cream - 100 ml

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a small baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the vanilla extract and whole milk.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the milk mixture by combining the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a bowl.
- Once the cake is done, let it cool for 10 minutes, then poke holes all over the surface using a fork.
- Slowly pour the milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in fully.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to allow it to absorb the milk mixture.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and cinnamon until soft peaks form. Spread it over the top of the cake and enjoy.
