  • Condensed milk - 60 ml

  • Cinnamon - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a small baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy, then add the vanilla extract and whole milk.
  4. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. While the cake is baking, prepare the milk mixture by combining the condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream in a bowl.

  9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to allow it to absorb the milk mixture.
  10. Before serving, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and cinnamon until soft peaks form. Spread it over the top of the cake and enjoy.
